Year 5

Year 5 have had such a fantastic start to the year. We have been busy preparing our diary entries for the school capsule and learning about primary research. In Math, we've been looking at place value up to a million and counting on in powers of 10. Next week, we'll look into the history of Somers Town and learn more about some of the famous people who lived in the area. 

Please remember that swimming is on Mondays and P.E. on Thursdays. Also, reading records are checked on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so please make sure your child is ready with their book and reading records then. Just a few minutes of reading a day makes a huge difference!

Year 5 Dishoom Trip

We had a great time visiting Dishoom for the special Breakfast workshop. Children learned more about breakfasts around the world, enjoyed some delicious food from the resturant and even had a chance to make some naan bread.
