Languages

Bonjour! Children in Years Three to Six take part in a French lesson once a week. This prepares them for the language learning they will undertake at secondary school. We aim to design language learning that is fun, broadens children’s understanding of the world and develops their confidence. We focus on listening, speaking, reading and writing in French and learning about some of the cultural aspects of French speaking countries. C’est magnifique!
